Bio:
For over 30 years, Linda Ross has been successfully representing clients in the areas of personal injury. She is AV rated, which is the highest rating an attorney can receive. She was the president of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers in 2008 and served on its Board of Directors since 1994. She presently is on the Board of Presidents of the American Association for Justice. She formerly served on the Board of the Consumer Attorneys of California. Ms. Ross has taught numerous seminars and published several articles in various newspapers and journals. Ms. Ross also serves as a settlement conference panelist for the Superior Court of California in San Francisco and Marin County. She has been nominated for Trial Lawyer of the Year for 2009 and has been selected as a Super Lawyer. For years, Ms. Ross has pursued her clients’ cases with passion and integrity. Representative Clients

Jane is a 45 year old woman who was exposed to carbon monoxide for a period of years from a wall heater in her apartment. She is an Ivy League college graduate who sustained brain damage and can no longer work in the field in which she was educated due to her ongoing disability. After a 10 week trial the case was resolved in a confidential settlement.
